Artist Statement

I am a blessed artist because I found visual art as the means to communicate everything I feel, without reservation.

I follow in the footsteps of the great masters of the Baroque and Renaissance periods.

I create my own world with characters in wigs, full of dreams, mixed with modern elements like Bitcoin and cars.
My abstract paintings are based on studies of the sky, which give my works a special depth. I also see and represent animals in my paintings as the kings and queens they are in every home.

To me, wigs represent the thoughts people have, and sometimes these wigs take on a life of their own.

My paintings and artworks invite you to an intimate face-to-face conversation, perhaps over a glass of champagne.

Who knows… maybe after this rendezvous, you will fall in love with them and never want to live apart.

Many of my paintings and sculptures are cherished by private collectors in Argentina, Spain, and Switzerland.

BIOgraphy

I was born on June 3rd in the porteño neighborhood of San Telmo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the age of 8 I started taking private drawing and painting classes.

I am also Swiss national, specifically from Lucerne, so in 1999 I moved to Switzerland, my beloved land.

Although I loved the art form, I chose to study business in college as a way to a stable, well-paying career. After graduating, I worked for banking and finance institutions for more than 15 years.

Several years ago, I decided to take painting private classes and set up a visual art studio at home to pursue my artistic side again.

My painting mentors are: In painting Olena Vavourakis (curator, dealer and teacher of visual arts) in Switzerland, Dr. Antonio García Villarán in Spain and Cynthia Goldbarg (teacher of visual and plastic arts) sculpture, pouring techniques and alcohol ink in Argentina.
